What is Bikram Yoga?

Bikram Yoga is an intensive Yoga based workout conducted in a heated room at temperatures up to 100F.

It combines classical yoga and aerobics to offer a series of postures to balance and strengthen the body in order to prevent illness, injury and the limiting effects of ageing. The Bikram Yoga programme which can be up to 90-minutes long, expels toxins and impurities from the body at an accelerated rate, whilst the muscles and tendons relax to aid deeper more physically intense poses.

The objective of the Bikram Yoga is to reduce stress, increase blood circulation and improve strength and flexibility.
